Luna Nueva: Cumbre del Annapurna - The summit to Annapurna
Breakdown del horoscope para los 12 zodiacs!
-ENGLISH TRANSLATION BELOW-

cantar: “Ora mani padme hum, om mani padme hum...

We meet at the shore of the river of blood to lament the lives of those we have lost. The sign of Aquarius is the dried remains that are left to become one with the earth fossilizing into live sustaining, and fortifying jewels. The fossil, her corals, and caves of eclectic nymphs carving out of Scythes out of the stones from Mountain Annapurna. Her fuels and jewels are the pathways that give us fresh waters to wash our yellowed clothes and refresh our quenched hearts.
From the scraps of bones of our feast to the Calcaneus remains of every step we ever took. Sealed for eternity until the trumpets sound from the highest mountain and release us from the binds of the four walls and earthly terrain that Lady Saturn binds us to.

Queen Mary's Psalter (c. 1320)
The Scythe is a tool traditionally associated with the images of Saturn. This differentiates from a sickle which is a handheld version of this same technology. The staff imagery of the Scythe evokes an anged ceiba tree used for this kind of creation of a tool used for harvesting one crop in the ancient world.
The specific piece of land I mentioned also shows us the Saturnian bindings and heights that power will attempt to climb hastily to until the oxygen levels thin out Saturn reigns and constriction begins. The skin cracks as moisture is drawn out and sucked out with each passing gusting wind and droplet of perfect crystallized particles feasting on our meek human vessel in her mighty heights and ancient skies.
The name for the range comes from the Hindu deity Annapurna meaning the giver of food and nourishment due to the evergreen flowing rivers originating from this mountain range which generate greenery and support vegetation year round on the lower plains. She is also believed to be one of the daughters of Himavat, the king of the mountains.[6]
Having written this and experiencing the cold winds of descent thanks to Saturn In Aquarius stain and ink crafted by the one and only Kaitin Coppock of Sphere and Sundry. What follows is my commentary after leading a funerary rite in the last 24 hours and the ascent toward my summit in this sphere.
Following a spiritual bath with this material granted by the jovial sphere in my life, this book and article, along with commentary on the astrological correlation between this jewel and the current new moon, resonate. From Puerto Rico and the immigrant raid to the walls of our own homes being constricted, the other remains exiled and queer in danger. I pray this horoscope and article reveal that Saturn's gaze and eye is ALWAYS watching, and that prayer, candle, and libation to the lands to which we are indebted will always provide you with the right footing to stand on.
“The jewel is in the lotus, the spirit of humanity is in the universe"
Jupiter returned from their voyage of the women’s Himalayan expedition in 1978 with Mars in cancer as well as Venus in Aries for the ingress chart of this year. It’s the same dance into the underworld we will see this coming year.
Chart of full moon of their summit:
We see them descend to this journey and peak of the highest mountain in the Himalayas during the month of October with Mars and Venus sharing a co-presence in the sign of the scorpion along with Saturn meeting with Rahu in Virgo. Reverbs of the current sphere we have entered with the reversal 47 years later.
This new moon in Aquarius shows us the designated fate of the exiled other at the hands of the corrupt king and false believers who is wilding this Scythe with no regard for the exiled othered who is enacting the image of the water bearer.
Commentary on excerpts of this book has been made here, and a mini video podcast is to come in Saturn time with quality and care:
Annapurna (/ˌænəˈpʊərnəˌ -ˈpɜːr-/;[2][3] Nepali: अन्नपूर्ण) is a massif in the Himalayas in north-central Nepal that includes one peak over 8,000 metres (26,247 ft), thirteen peaks over 7,000 meters (22,966 ft), and sixteen more over 6,000 metres (19,685 ft).[4]
“Sherpanis or low-caste Nepalesebut the climbing and carrying on the mountain itself is the domain of the male Sherpa. The Sherpas are a tribal people of Tibetan origin who live in eastern Nepal, frequently above 10,000 feet elevation.
Physiologically they are extraordinarily well adapted to high altitudes. They are known for their innate mountaineering skill which visiting Western climbers have helped to develop, their strength, and also for their loyalty and sense of fun.”
"No, bara memsahib, one member, one Sherpa enough. You are leader. You are responsible for what your members do.”
We see the journey to the top of the mountain guided only by the locals. The mountain people, whom we must respect as they tend to the land, or so we think apparently.
“There wasn't anythingI could do from Base Camp. Apparently the Sherpas' promise to climb the mountain without rest implied that they were going to climb the mountain on their own, ignoring our logistics plan. Liz and I went to ask Lopsang for advice about howto handle the Sherpas' disobedience.”
"Those bloody Sherpas," he fumed.
I will tell them theymust do their duty."
Here we see the disconnection that will lead the spirits of the land we inhabit to turn on us in retributions for their people.
“Though somewhat faded, the flags still fluttered in the win a reminder to the mountain gods to be merciful. After saying the prayers, burning some juniper wood, and sprinkling the area with blessed rice, the Sherpas marched solemnly back up the mountain”
We see the religious relation to the lands and the giving of offerings that are sacred so the gods have mercy on us.
“Men are men and women are women. You should have men along with the first summit team. We don't want you women to disappear on the mountain,"
Lopsang told us paternalistically.
"No. The first summit team must be all women,I said firmly.”
We see. the firmness and same Saturnian themes here as we have in our current world
“Will you go on if I do?" Margi yelled to me. With no outward hesitation, I called back, "I'm going on today, no matter what!" As I spoke, I felt a strong pull from the world of living things below.”
At this part of the book, you see them in distress you see the hunger to reach the top of the mountain after weeks, climbing it like the Capricorn scaling the mountain toward the highest peak. Each sacrifice, each drop of life given to the goat of the land is nothing compared to the victoruous sight high and above where anything can reach you. The mountain peaks and their price.
“You've done really well so far—it's going to be beautiful up there it looks like you'll have a full moon if you have to come down in the dark I think the weather's going to be good for the next couple of days."
“The full moon would've been happening in the sign of Aries, ruled by Mars and his domicile of the scorpion. This is an all-women's trip and the marketing for this trip is that women “deserve to be on top” being both a sexually charged play on words and the way that they got this entire trip funded also gives context to the lady of the night Venus being in the sign of the scorpion as well. Strikes me as in the ingress chart you would see Venus in the fallen sign of Virgo, and as Saturn entered the sign of Virgo, you see the spirits of the land reap the havoc of not crossing the toll with the correct offerings.
“I’ll throw these pots down the ice chutes and see where they land. If it's back on our trail, that might be a quick way to clear the gear from the camp."
"It's worth a try," Annie said. "But try not to litter the mountain too much." I threw a pot of frozen shrimp Creole down the Bobsled on my left and a pot of frozen macaroni and cheese down the gully on my right. "It's a scientific experiment.”
-
Shortly after this, in the book, you have the ominous seeing of how the two explorers would pass. This was a moment of transcendence for me that showed me that the mercurial items being loaded, the disrespect of the land, and the spirits of the land marked their graves. It is the tourist the foreigner coming in with their ambition and desiccating the land that has been cultivated and respected even by their guides whom they hired who are needed to this land to take them up to the top of the mountain. (who was not there when she threw that shit down the damn hole, wtf girl?)
"No, Lopsang. All the members want to climb to the top, and many Sherpas do also. They've all worked very hard. Before wego home, wemust give them a chance."
"No, bara memsahib, one member, one Sherpa enough.
'“You are leader. You are responsible for what your members do.”
“Then I heard the now-familiar honking of the geese flying over the summit ridge at more than 25,000 feet. Heading straight toward their goal, most of them would cross the high peaks in a few days, though some of the weaker birds might not survive the rigors of the journey. AgainI wondered why they chose this route. Perhaps it was because there were no distrac- tions up here to tempt them from their destination. Whatever the reason, they chose the hard way.” reason, they chose the hard way. In a sense, we were like them. “
“In this high, confined world, with no sound but the wind and our own voices; with no sights but the blue sky, white peaks, and bright colors of our tents and parkas; with no sensations but the cold of the ice and snow and the warmth of the sun.”
This truly capture the essence of the person in exile for me. Truly cried tears seeing this part of the story reflect the dark truth of many immigrants crossing border lines.
“Then the angle lessened and the ice disappeared. In some places the snow allowed easy cramponing; in others we broke through a crust of harder snow into the powder beneath.”
This is a moment who knows this for me as you can see the clear relation between the dry air and the way that Aquarius has been spoken about in most of the ancient text and by many of these same Indian and more specifically the Vedic branch of astrology and the hundreds of generations of families that have navigated these winds of death and know their voyage.
“We had dispensed with words a long time ago; the only sounds were those of our crampons scratching the snow. The rubber balloon of the oxygen apparatus pulsed rhythmically with the efforts of our legs and lungs.”
“Soon we become aware of the summit pyramid in the distance. I recognize it from all the books, and there it is at long last—the final pyramid, always in sight and unbelievably getting closer.”
We see the loneliness at the top exemplified beautifully here. We see how the climate is hostile to groups, and solidarity is the only way to enjoy this glory. The peak only fits one sovereign to watch like an eagle-eyed king.
“On many Himalayan expeditions, after one team successfully reaches the summit, the momentum is all downward. The rest of the team is tired, the danger suddenly seems unjustifiably great, and everyone wants to go back and have a party, as the Sherpas had suggested.”
Here we see the crossing of themselves via the descent of the other back to the top. The desire to taste victory one more time after the moon’s glow has given us the MOST she’s able to in this lunation. It was striking to see the desire for such a journey with the conditions the book mentioned. Stepping away from the aquarian strucure and riding the goats horns, one more time.
“The pyramid of people and supplies we had so laboriously constructed would now be dismantled, but a vital part had broken off and would remain on Annapurna.”
The blocks of creation we build in this world become the burdens we carry on our back both UP and DOWN the mountain. Heavy are the actions taken by the crown to complete their mission. But the land, mind and spirits tax another way. We see them descend into lunacy:
“Every time I heard an avalanche,I felt it down in my soul. Annapurna had given us the summit, but would it take away our lives?”
“One foot placed insecurely just a fraction of an inch from safety, a shift of weight, a slip, a fall —the infinite difference between life and death. But why did it
have to happen to them? Why could they not have put that foot just a little to the left or the right in a more secure place?”
“ I Dreamed I felt a tug from behind, was pulled out of my steps, and tried but failed to hold on with my ice axe—falling, over and over. Sometimes dreamed
of an avalanche falling on us all. I woke up sobbing and cried for the rest of the night.”
“When we reached CampI, we looked at the face through a 500-millimeter lens and could unmistakably see the red of Alison's jacket. This clear sight hit me hard, and I sat down
heavily on a rock, full of grief. The Sherpas believe in reincarnation and have had much experience with death in the mountains, but they, too, were severely shaken by the tragedy. Lopsang sat near me, looking at the serac with binoculars and shaking his head. Then he came over, patted me on the shoulder and said,
"Let them go. You have to let them go."
The mist came up from the Miristi Khola.”
“It was a quick and painless death." The words brought little comfort to me as I wrote them, and I doubted whether they would help Vera's and Alison's families and friends. But what else could I write? That they should be here with us still—that it wasn't fair the mountain had extracted so terrible a price? Vera and Alison, like all high.”
“There was neither enough water to get totally immersed nor any desire to do so. I sat next to the stream, washing myself bit by bit; it was almost a surprise to see my body emerge from the layers of down, sweat, and salt that had encased it.”
“Then the Sherpas began to
chant, "Ora mani padme hum, om mani padme hum . . . The jewel is in the lotus, the spirit of humanity is in the universe"
—the spirits of Vera and Alison stay with Annapurna. Members and Sherpas chanted together with arms linked.”
